Core responsibilities

Your tasks

  • You will take strategic responsibility for expanding our Automation & Control Engineering business division / automation portfolio, with a focus on the Eastern European market. Your goal will be to strengthen and sustainable grow our market position while establishing new business structures. In this entrepreneurial role, you will actively develop markets, create the foundation for future growth, and potentially lead the establishment and management of a dedicated legal entity in Eastern Europe.

  • + develop and implement a market strategy for Eastern Europe, with a focus on automation and PLC programming

  • + identify and acquire new customers and projects

  • + build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • + drive technical sales activities in the fields of control engineering and automation solutions

  • + establish and further develop specialist business units

  • + select and build local structures, partners and teams

  • + take on medium-term leadership responsibility up to the management of a dedicated business unit or division

What you should bring

Your Profile

+ completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field

+ several years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within an industrial environment

+ solid expertise in PLC programming, control systems, or automation technology

+ sxperience in international collaboration, ideally with a focus on Eastern Europe

+ entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative

+ strong negotiation and communication skills

+ additional Eastern European language skills are considered an advantage

+ willingness to travel
